All products sold by Irem Geldry are digital Framer templates delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. Please review the live demo, product description, and requirements carefully before completing your order.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us at hello@iremgeldry.com before reaching out to your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issues directly and quickly. Initiating a dispute or chargeback without first contacting us — or while continuing to access the purchased template — is a breach of these terms.
In such cases, we reserve the right to revoke your template license, ban you from future purchases, and submit relevant access records and policy agreements to the payment processor as evidence of fraud.
When refunds are available
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
You accidentally purchased the same template more than once.
A technical issue prevents the template from functioning as shown in the demo, and our support team is unable to resolve it. Supporting evidence such as screenshots or screen recordings is required.
Requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus any transaction fees retained by the payment platform.
When refunds are not available
A refund will not be issued if:
You no longer need the template or changed your mind after purchase
You found a different template you prefer
You are dissatisfied with features that were clearly visible in the live demo or listing
You lack a Framer subscription or the technical requirements needed to use the template
You reported a technical issue without any supporting evidence
